Welcome to Sunset Ridge, Davenport, Orlando, Florida, situated within a gated community.  This lovely 5 bedroom, fully air conditioned, luxury family home comfortably sleeps 10, and with 2 master bedrooms, both with their own en-suite bathroom, it is an ideal property for 2 families to share.

Fully furnished and elegantly appointed, the villa has, as mentioned, 2 master suites with queen size beds and en-suite bathrooms, 2 twin bedrooms and a double bedroom with queen bed, sharing a family bathroom.  All bedrooms have closets with hanging space.

There is a fully equipped spacious kitchen, with eating area, complete with fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave oven and dishwasher.  The kitchen forms part of an open plan family room.  Just off the kitchen, there is another more formal sitting area with settees.  There is also a separate laundry room, complete with washer, drier, iron and ironing board.  Amenities within the villa include cable television in the family room, and both master bedrooms.

Outside there is a lanai screened pool, complete with a selection of poolside furniture and loungers.  The pool features a removable safety guard, designed to help prevent toddlers/small children going for a dip on their own!  The safety guard can be removed; THE GUARD IS A LEGAL REQUIREMENT UNDER FLORIDA STATE LAW.  IT IS REMOVED AT YOUR OWN RISK.  The pool can be heated upon request, but this will incur an extra charge.  Needless to say, the pool heat may only be required through the winter months, and definitely not during the summer months.

The villa is 15 minutes drive from the start of the Disney resorts and attractions, approximately 10 miles north to the beginning of Lake Buena Vista area, International Drive and Downtown Disney etc.  The villa is 60 minutes drive south west from Sanford airport, and 30 minutes drive west from Orlando International airport.
